When planning a project I want to specify the roles required inside the project and later fill them out with specific people. I want to see (also by project phase) if I have all the seats taken or I need to book someone else. When planning a project I want to search people by skill or department and assign them to the role. I want to be notified when someone goes on vacation that I have a role to fill inside the project that he is leaving
